1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses vior77 services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the vior77 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vior77 services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with vior77. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and vior77 regarding your use of our platform. • Single Account Restriction: Each Player is permitted to register only one Account on vior77. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow third parties to use your Account, and you may not use vior77 services on behalf of any other person or entity.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create a vior77 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vior77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, we implement mandatory KYC verification procedures for all Players. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Government-Issued Photo Identification: Valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or Indonesian National Identity Card showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, clearly displaying your current residential address matching your registered Account information.
• Selfie Verification: Clear photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face, confirming you are the legitimate owner of the identity document submitted.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation verifying ownership of bank accounts or e-wallets used for deposits and withdrawals, such as bank account statements or screenshots showing account holder name.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activities. vior77 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time and may refuse service to any individual who cannot provide satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You must notify vior77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. vior77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

vior77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and correspond to the name on your vior77 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. vior77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You acknowledge that deposit processing times may vary depending on banking system maintenance, public holidays, and network issues beyond vior77's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts, subject to security and anti-fraud checks. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your Account dashboard. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. vior77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

All deposit amounts must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures vior77 services are not used for illicit financial transactions. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if your Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and potential legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vior77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of vior77 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses. vior77's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the three months preceding the claim.

vior77 is not responsible for: technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, software malfunctions, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts shall be void.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the vior77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of vior77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from vior77 without our express written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of vior77 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and vior77. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Jakarta, Indonesia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Termination and Account Closure

vior77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or failure to provide requested verification. Upon termination, you must cease all use of vior77 services immediately. Any remaining Account balance, subject to our verification and provided no Terms violations have occurred, will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-initiated closures are subject to verification and may require a cooling-off period. Any pending bonuses or promotional winnings will be forfeited upon closure. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except at vior77's sole discretion.

15. Severability
